The body often knows before the mind understands.
Movement and stillness create a direct way to build strength, awareness, mobility and trust in your body. The practice is valuable in its own right — and, for those navigating change, it can also make it easier to notice what thinking alone may miss.
Within the Noise is not only a way of thinking. It is also informed by the body: breath, energy, tension, ease, impulse and the ability to stay present with what is here.
My movement and stillness work has developed over decades and stands as its own practice. It also informs how I understand attention, adaptation, recovery and self-trust across everything I offer.
Private movement and stillness sessions help you develop greater awareness, strength, and connection with yourself. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing stress, building healthy habits, or simply wanting to feel better in your body, we'll create an approach tailored to your needs.
Drawing from Pilates, yoga, meditation, and other embodied practices, our work together is designed to support sustainable wellbeing from the inside out.
These customized group experiences bring people together through movement, reflection, conversation, and shared learning. Whether you're supporting a team, hosting a retreat, or gathering a community, sessions are designed to cultivate greater awareness, connection, and wellbeing.
Programs may include movement, meditation, coaching, and facilitated discussion, depending on the needs of the group.
The body often knows before the mind understands.
Before we can explain why we're overwhelmed, disconnected, uncertain, or exhausted, our bodies are already communicating it.
Movement creates space to notice.
Whether through Pilates, yoga, meditation, or restorative practices, we learn to listen more carefully to ourselves and reconnect with what matters most.
From that place, greater awareness, clarity, and self-trust can emerge.

ANGEL TSANG
“Superbly experienced teaching on rehab, fitness, and alignment Pilates. The way you choreograph a series of exercises to get me ready for a more complicated and challenging exercise shows the deep knowledge you have in body movement. My posture has improved, I feel stronger, I feel better both physically and mentally.”
BRYAN STEPHENSON
“I started working with her as a result of a shoulder injury and she has helped change the way I move, sit, and stand. For years I have searched to work with someone with her knowledge and skills, she is truly one of a kind. Not only is she an expert in the body, she empowers a sense of mindfulness and spirituality that results in a full wellness experience. I am so grateful to work with her.”
CINDY BEEDIE
“I have learned so much about the benefits of meditation and being present in my day-to-day life. The learning has evolved over time from yoga to pilates to meditation. I feel like every session is tailored to whatever is going on in my body and my life.”
REBECCA PRETO, Physiotherapist, Client Referral & Pilates Practitioner
“As a physiotherapist, I appreciate Eryn’s depth of knowledge and understanding of how our bodies move and anatomy. Her classes are well-planned with a goal in mind. She builds from the basics and challenges you by adding building blocks…whether with the shoulder, core, hip, or another body part. You leave feeling good about what you have achieved and how to carry that forward in your life.”
Clarity rarely arrives when we push harder. It often begins when we create enough space to listen.
A Discovery Conversation is a chance to talk through what you are navigating, ask questions and see whether working together feels like the right next step.
