Private, guided movement and stillness sessions are perfect for anyone looking to improve their alignment, move more efficiently, restore or find the accountability they need to stay consistent.
Based on your needs, preferences, and goals, your practice can include Pilates, yoga, meditation, therapeutic exercise, and stretch therapy. Together, we’ll determine the best approach for you.
Appointments are available Monday to Friday from 6 am to 4 pm. Most clients book 1 to 3 times per week.
Join me in person at my home studio in West Vancouver or book a virtual session. Want me to come to you? We can discuss this option as well.
