Coaching Sessions range from 30 to 120 minutes and are held virtually .
As your coach, I will help you be accountable through a blended use of exercises and tools that compassionately challenge you to achieve meaningful changes and lasting success.
Choose between 30-minute weekly (12 total), or 60-minute bi-weekly (6 total) coaching sessions.

3-month program
Is for you if you aren’t sure what you want or where to start—or if past actions have failed to deliver the shift you crave. Kickstart your health and wellness and embark on a journey of self-discovery.
6-month program
Is perfect for you if you “know” what you need to do to feel better—but you struggle with prioritization and turning that knowledge into consistent progressive action. Make an intensive lifestyle shift and go in-depth, using a fine-tuned, specialist-created protocol to help you work toward a more nourished life.
Begin with a session agreement:
Your session agreement provides meaningful structure for our time together, and identifies what we will focus on.
By the end of each session, you will have a clear roadmap for achieving your session goals.
Tailored Notes:
I will take notes during your session so that you can relax and step into your resourceful mindset.
A copy of your session notes will be shared with you so that you have a record of your insights, and action steps for growth following each coaching session.
