Make an intensive lifestyle shift. This 6-month program goes in-depth, using a fine-tuned, specialist-created protocol to help you work toward a more nourished life.
This program is perfect for you if you “know” what you need to do to feel better—but you struggle to turn that knowledge into a healthy lifestyle that fulfills you.
We’ll celebrate together as you feel more comfortable in your new routine, start to see progress, and hit your goals. Small steps eventually nurture big transformations—these sessions prove just that.
Heart-based homework: specific, tailored recommendations for growth following each coaching session
Access to Eryn: You’ll have direct email access to me from Monday-Friday between 6:00 am to 7:00 pm for the duration of your program.
Progress tracking: We’ll begin and end your program with a health audit so you can see how far you’ve come.
