My story begins similarly to yours: with the desire to discover a more profound sense of fulfillment. I know what it’s like to get caught up in life’s chaos and forget to prioritize yourself. And I know what it’s like to want to embark on self-exploration—to crave more from life—but to need a pathfinder to help you find your way.
As a movement guide and health coach, I help you become an expert on yourself—in body, mind, and spirit. My goal is to coach you through identifying what you truly want from your health, lifestyle, work, and relationships. Then, teach you how to remove obstacles that keep you feeling stuck physically, emotionally, or both. So, you can live your happiest, healthiest, and most fulfilled life.
